Everything was excellent, magnificent location adjacent to the city centre, the square and the old Torre del Vescovo in the village, pleasant staff. I was upgraded to very well furnished double room with a balcony. I greatly enjoyed that this hotel offered wake-up service. Good service was provided here. I didn't want to say goodbye, spent very relaxing time and can recommend.

The suite features a comfy bed, a mini bar fridge, air conditioning, and a personal safe. the setting is unbeatable and exceptionally nice, with just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and lake transportation. Lake Iseo is also only about an hour's drive from Bergamo, making it a perfect stop for the first night.

The young concierge upgraded my room and was very attentive to my needs. The view from my balcony was really beautiful. The hotel's Italian-style decor is large and ornate and the bed was comfortable. Plus, I found a lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance.
Everything great.

The location of the hotel was great, on the edge of a lively town very close to the lake, in the square. not having places available to park was a hassle. There was a favourite restaurant a few blocks away, which served delicious food. the room was okay, but the bathroom was dated and not that clean. the service was just average, and breakfast was nothing to write home about. Unfortunately, there was no view to enjoy from the room. the amenities of the hotel were quite outdated and could use some refreshment.
The musty smell in the hallways was quite unpleasant during the entire stay.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and it was absolutely wonderful. We were immediately impressed by the location on the edge of a lively town, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful lake. The view from our room was simply breathtaking, and we loved waking up to such a serene and picturesque setting.

Amazing time at a hidden gem by an Italian lake. Loads of restaurants and shops around the town. Stunning views of the lake from the room and the restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was really delicious - loved the cakes and the fresh fruit. We enjoyed swimming in the crystal clear water of the lake and exploring the beautiful old buildings in the town centre.
It would've been nice to have a pool in the hotel, but the lake was close enough to swim in. The train station was a bit of a walk, but it didn't matter because it was a nice and easy way to travel around the area.
